Event Rules  

Tickets cannot be canceled for Kınay Entertainment events.  

• Tickets that are not used on the day and time are invalid and it is not possible to refund and/or change the ticket price and service fee.
• The organizing institution and/or organizations have the right to change the place in the areas where the concert will be held and/or in the concert halls when they deem appropriate in the session order and plan.
• The user agrees to comply with the age limit rules applicable to the event for the tickets purchased. For age limits, it will be mandatory to present ID at the event venue for the ticket purchased.
• If there is a discounted ticket definition for the event and a ticket is purchased with the discounted ticket option, the User agrees and undertakes that he/she is subject to this discounted ticket. For discounted tickets, it will be mandatory to present the purchased ticket at the event venue.

By bus: There are many buses en route to the venue. You can take a bus that is the most convenient for your location and get off at a bus station near the venue.

By car: You can use navigation apps to get clear directions to reach the venue in the fastest way possible if you prefer to travel via a personal vehicle.

By taxi: You can take a taxi to reach the venue with ease if you don't prefer using a personal vehicle as they are widely available in the city.
