• Operation Hours: You can visit every day of the week between 10:00-22:00, the last entry time for visitors is 21:15. (including public holidays, semesters, and special days).
• Tickets are single-person and disposable and lose their validity after leaving the venue.
• Visitors under the age of 12 must be accompanied by at least one adult over the age of 18 during the visit. Adults are subject to a ticket.
• Adult tickets are valid for visitors 13+, and child tickets are valid for visitors under the age of 13. Children between the ages of 0-36 months are free of charge.
• There are no sessions, you can stay at the center as long as you want after your entrance.
• Online tickets purchased do not provide entry priority at the box office.
• Tickets purchased online must be redeemed at the box office using the QR code provided on the website, which will be converted into a print-out ticket for entry
• The use of tobacco and its derivatives and the consumption of food and beverages are prohibited inside the centre.

By car: There are many ways to reach your destination, including heading east on Akçay Street, continuing onto Çamlica Street, keeping slightly right to stay on Çamlica Street, merging onto Libadiye Street, and turning right with your destination appearing on the right. GPS navigation is highly advised.

By public transportation: For the shortest walk, take buses to the Mobilyacılar Sitesi bus stop, followed by a two to three-minute walk. 

By taxi: You can easily reach your destination by taking a taxi or by using a ride-hailing app.

• Take the elevator from inside the mall to the SkyView entrance on the first floor.
• Redeem your ticket at the SkyView Box Office at entrance.
• Use the elevator to reach the 47th and 48th floors in just 58 seconds.
